Design Character:-
Our developments are low-rise, built to demanding quality standards and high specifications and are surrounded by gardens and swimming pool. They are low-density and purely residential i.e. without hotel or resort activity. This ensures peace and privacy and adds to the high investment-appreciation value of B&F properties.
Each project is located away from the busy areas and yet has easy access to shops, banks, restaurants and services. The properties have quiet, rural settings with views of the surrounding coconut and mango groves or rice fields and the open spaces between homes have an abundance of trees and flowering plants.
We use natural materials in the construction of all our projects, for example, the wall are made up of good laterite stone, the flooring is of Marble, Granite, and Kota which helps in keeping the homes cool in our tropical climate.
The internal layouts are thoughtfully planned to create positive, usable spaces. High ceilings and entrances increase the sense of spaciousness. Each of the bedrooms is well-proportioned and cross ventilated from two dimensions. The entrances and balconies are wide. All the Independent Villas have their own car porches.

Handles, switches and fittings are ergonomically positioned. The hinges are made of brass and have stainless-steel pins. Staircases have large proportionate windows and the risers are all of equal height. External drainpipes are covered, increasing the aesthetic appeal of our projects.
The lawns and gardens are landscaped and tended. The garden pathways are paved with stone slabs and illuminated by low-level lighting.
The swimming pools are lined with steel-reinforced concrete and have high-rate filter systems. The decks are paved with natural stone slabs. Other infrastructure includes round-the-clock, on-site manned security; mains water and electricity; garbage disposal systems.
Superior Specifications:-
External walls are made of laterite stone blocks or clay bricks with a double coat of sand-faced cement plaster and rain-proof paint. The internal walls are coated with gypsum and then painted. Tiles or natural stone slabs from Rajasthan are used for the flooring and skirting.
The door and window frames and shutters are made of seasoned, treated and varnished hard wood. All doors are custom-built with a thick flush-frame design and teak veneer. Windows and French doors have steel grilles and wooden shutters glazed with distortion-free float glass. Handles, tower-bolts and hinges are made of brass. Each main door is fitted with a double-throw mortise lock and safety latches.
The kitchen worktops are made of polished granite slabs with a wall-tile backdrop and have stainless-steel sinks with hot-cold water mixer taps. Plumbing and power outlets are provided for a refrigerator, water-boiler and washing machine. Kitchen units can be built into the spaces under the natural-stone worktops and / or mounted on the walls.
The bathrooms have heavy-gauge brass faucets and high pressure-head water flow. The sanitary ware, floor and wall tiles are ceramic and in coordinated colors. All washbasins are of a large size. The bathrooms have wall-tiles up to door height and non-skid tiles on the floors. The flushing cisterns are also ceramic (not plastic). The plumbing system is concealed. Washbasins and showers have hot and cold mixer taps or diverters. Wet and dry areas are segregated. Cut-off valves help conserve water if taps are accidentally left on.
The wiring is multi-strand (tri-rated), double-insulated, concealed and energized with 220V. Junction boxes are decay-proof. Each home is wired for multiple lights, power-sockets, ceiling fans, air-conditioners, telephones and TV.
